All financial transactions are administered using a reputable, reliable and secure third party payment processor.

For site security purposes we use software tools to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorised attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

5. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are used by many websites to help track visitors and improve your visitor experience.

Cookies do not enable websites to capture or access any personal information.

A cookie is a very small text document, stored on your computer, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. It simply says: “You visited this page, so I might show you this related content.”

When you visit a website a small file is stored in a specifically designated cookie folder on your computer's hard drive (if your browser's preferences allow it).

In order to protect your privacy your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other websites.

6. Retargeting

We use Google's conversion tracking tool to monitor visitor traffic patterns and site usage. This helps us develop the design and layout of our web sites.

We may use analytics tools provided by Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of this website you have viewed. This is called remarketing, a.k.a. retargeting and it allows us to tailor our marketing and only display ads that are relevant to you.

You may opt out of Google cookies here: https://www.google.com/settings/ads

7. IP Addresses

IP addresses are used by your computer every time you are connected to the Internet. Your IP address is a number that is used by computers on the network to identify your computer. IP addresses are automatically collected by our web server so that you can view the pages on our website.

8. Email Information

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone.

9. CAN-SPAM Compliance

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all email sent from us will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender.

In addition, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.

10. Choice/Opt-Out

We will only send you information that you have specifically requested and agreed to receive or where the content is relevant to your original request. At any time you can change which communications you receive from us. Alternatively you may opt out entirely from all communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link included on every promotional email we send.

11. Bookings

If you are booking a place on one of our courses, seminars, webinars or workshops we will request personal details from you. These details may include, but are not restricted to, your name, address, phone number, e-mail address. We do not store your credit/debit card or other payment methods.

For paid services, Two Rivers Software Training uses a reputable, reliable and secure payment gateway (Stripe and Square) to collect online payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Any refunds will be returned using the same process as the payment wherever possible.

13. Handling of Confidential Information

Where you engage Two Rivers Software Training to undertake a project and confidential data is disclosed, we will first ask you to take measures to anonymise the data (e.g. switch or change names and addresses) or remove sensitive information. We will never disclose or share any information provided to us with a third party unless obligated under law to do so. We take every possible measure to ensure your data remains safe while under our care. Our computers, websites, cloud services and file transfer tools are protected with proven internet security protocols and services.

14. Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

As your service provider, Two Rivers Software Training does not issue a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) because there is nothing we provide to you that needs to remain private.
